 Over the years I've noticed certain patterns or themes in my work. I really don't know why somethings appeal to me sometimes more than other things. I just go with what I feel.

The Eye

there is something special about the eyes. They are so expressive. They they tell a story.  A portrait doesn't seem to come together until you get the eyes right.

When I closed my eyes this is what I saw.  I saw  this painting. As matter of fact, thats how most of my work comes to be. My job as an artists is to faithfully reproduce that which I see in my minds eye.This is how it works. I see something on the outside, then I see it inside & finally recreate it on the outside. What I wish is that this image brings you the same feeling it gave me. Science of Painting

By science I mean the systematize knowledge of painting.  I went to the library and couldn't find any books on subject. Now there were books on painters but none on painting. Shame on you library. Its a good thing we have resources like YouTube, but theres nothing like reading a book the old fashion way.
